POLICY_WAITING_PAYMENT | Policy Waiting Payment | The policy is pending payment from the partner. |
ISSUING_POLICY | Issuing Policy | The policy is in the process of issuance by Qoala or the partner's insurance. |
POLICY_ACTIVE | Policy Active | The policy is active and provides coverage. |
POLICY_REJECTED_INSURANCE | Rejected by Insurance | The policy issuance has been rejected by Qoala. |
POLICY_CANCELLED | Policy Cancelled | The policy has been cancelled due to partner-specific reasons. |
POLICY_EXPIRED | Policy Expired | The policy has expired as the coverage period has ended. |
DATA_VERIFICATION_NEEDED | Verification Needed | The policy requires additional documents or information for activation. |
