`ISSUING_POLICY`	Issuing Policy	The policy is in the process of issuance by Qoala or the partner's insurance.
`POLICY_ACTIVE`	Policy Active	The policy is active and provides coverage.
`POLICY_REJECTED_INSURANCE`	Rejected by Insurance	The policy issuance has been rejected by Qoala.
`POLICY_CANCELLED`	Policy Cancelled	The policy has been cancelled due to partner-specific reasons.
`POLICY_EXPIRED`	Policy Expired	The policy has expired as the coverage period has ended.
`DATA_VERIFICATION_NEEDED`	Verification Needed	The policy requires additional documents or information for activation.
